The first step
Today I am going to take the first step towards uncharterted waters. In other words I am going to try and pitch my service/idea to a company and I am going to start at the top. Why not try to reach the top guy and see if he is interested – if not – then I move on to the second step and pitch it to another person. Let’s see how many steps it’s going to take to make a sale? Hmmm……I think probably less than 20 and if it’s more then there is something wrong with my pitch (preferably it should be less than 10). The guy I am pitching to today is a billionaire and a very well known VC and evangelist. Will he bite or will he bail. We shall see.
